Blackbook work hard to ensure they’re sourcing the best possible fruit from the best English growers and vineyards, all within a couple hours from their urban base in the heart of London. This enables them to focus on producing the truest expressions of their two favourite varieties, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
Blackbook have been known to source other varieties as a means to push themselves and learn more about the potential of other grapes in this fast growing industry. Last year they processed Seyval Blanc, soon to be released as their Sparkling GMF.
At the moment, fruit is sourced from Clay Hill Vineyards in Essex, Yew Tree Vineyard in Oxfordshire and also some East Anglian sites too.
