A progressive Pinot Gris packed with ripe stone fruit and grippy tannin from extended skin contact. This is Sharpham exploring a natural approach to best showcase their volcanic influenced South Devon site in a Ramato-esque style.

Hand picked perfectly ripe in 2018 and gently pressed part machine, part foot before soaking the juice on skins for periods of 24 / 36 / 48 hours and one parcel for 7 days to extract colour, flavour and tannin. Moved to stainless steel for spontaneous natural yeast ferment.

Packed full sour nectarine, peach skin and orange blossom with an electric acidity and grippy tannin frame. Bursts of flavour throughout its long finish.
